Do you consider it important to also hit the ball accurately toward a target when you perform this drill? What exactly is a golfer trying to gain from this drill...strengthen right arm?...or develop a better feel for the right arm?...or proper body-arm sequencing? Do you recommend a certain number of reps and sets whenever you perform this drill?
Its all of them. It is more about feel for your full swing, so it may take a few or a bunch depending on whether you gain the feel.
