Tiger went bogey free and had some great ballstriking in his final round of the Grennbriar and shot 3 under.
His tempo was much better and most of all I think playing 4 competitive rounds in a row has done a lot to get him more comfortable making his new move in tournament pressure.
I am not expecting much from El Tigre in the Open Chmapionship in two weeks. First of all he should be playing next weekend, ramping up his game. Maybe his physical health is a little more fragile than he is letting on. He probably believes he can accomplish more at home than he would at TPC Deere Run.
My British open prediction for him is he will be within 1 shot of the cut line. I just can't say weather it will be over,under or on the cut. Next week I'll make a definitive pick.
