I've been Intermittent Fasting for the last 20 days: UPDATE!

Testing intermittent fasting for fat burning becuase I didn't like how I looked in a golf shirt and sometimes can feel sluggish.

Over the last 20 days Weight has stayed the same. The look of my body has stayed the same pretty much. I thought I was going to see big changes! Lol, guess not.

I need more time to prove anything conclusively but I saw better results with the 5:2 diet but that much more difficult to do.

Do a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting, or try Isogenics, I have added weight but dropped body fat, I now run between shots and cart partner just meets me at the ball! I love what you are doing with Mike and Tony, can't get enough of it!

I have tried intermittent fasting before to shed some pounds off but to no avail. Because of its popularity, many people are still trying it, including some of my friends who said that they actually lose weight through this. So what I did was I made a thorough research about intermittent fasting and I got to read an article about intermittent fasting for beginners. It was really informative. And it actually convinced me to try this eating pattern again. I do hope it would be successful this time.
