Testing intermittent fasting for fat burning becuase I didn't like how I looked in a golf shirt and sometimes can feel sluggish.
Over the last 20 days Weight has stayed the same. The look of my body has stayed the same pretty much. I thought I was going to see big changes! Lol, guess not.
I need more time to prove anything conclusively but I saw better results with the 5:2 diet but that much more difficult to do.
