I interviewed fitness model and softball coach Angela Pizzo about how to get a strong butt to drive your pivot through the swing.

Most amateur golfers like me have weak glutes, which leads to slow swings that but their lower backs in serious danger.

So protect you back, increase your swing speed dramatically and do the moves Angela Teaches me in this video.
