I like this training aid because you can use it to address 2 main faults
 
1. Keeping the head back. It probably can't be overstated how destructive moving your head left in the downswing is to your swing. This aid folds all the way up to your head to help train this feeling of staying behind the ball.
 
2. Shallowing out the plane. Set the ball above the trget line and swing under in while keeping your head back.
